I feel so grateful to have trained with Elijah. He is an incredibly supportive, patient, and genuine trainer who truly cares about his clients’ progress. What stood out to me the most was his positive energy, encouragement, and the way he always went above and beyond to guide me — even offering his time and training for free, which shows the kind of decent and selfless person he is.
Every session with him was motivating, structured, and uplifting. He explains everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and pushes you in just the right way to bring out your best. I’ve not only learned about fitness but also gained confidence and strength through his training.
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated trainer, I couldn’t recommend Elijah enough.

Elijah is an excellent personal trainer who truly knows his stuff. He takes the time to understand my goals and creates sessions that are both challenging and enjoyable. His encouragement and positive attitude keep me motivated, and he explains exercises clearly so I can do them with the right technique. I’ve already noticed real progress since training with him, and I always leave our sessions feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend Elijah to anyone looking for a professional, supportive, and effective trainer.

I’ve had a few trainers over the years so I’m confident in saying that Elijah is a good trainer. He Takes the time to listen to your goals and get it full history and tailors workouts to your needs. He’s patient and takes the time to explain things. He also has a good sense of humour which I think is very important when you training with somebody because it is a personal journey and you want it to be a good one.
